How to place an order?

Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3: Tell us which USB flash drive you like, specifying the quantity and memory size you need, and any accessories you would like, such as gift packaging, data loading or autorun features.

How long is production time for my order?

We will deliver your order within 12-15 working days from the approval of your artwork, 1-week or 48 hours rush production time. Just let us know when you need them and we will let you know which drives to choose from. And do not forget to allow for shipping time. Orders are shipped from Shenzhen and will be sent to whichever address you would like us to ship to.

What is the minimum order QTY of USB flash drive?

The minimum order QTY is 50 pieces.

What’s the minimum order for customised packaging?

We can provide customised packaging from as low as 100 pcs (printed logo on gift box), and starting from 500 pieces we can customise design and shape according to your requirements.

Are logo imprint and delivery free?

All price quoted are not include logo imprint & delivery charge. However, large order can enjoy free logo imprint and delivery.

Can I have a sample before the order confirm?

Sample charge is need, but will refund when after order confirmation.

Why cannot find the flash drive prices on your website?

Like gold, Flash Memory is very much a commodity and prices can fluctuate on a daily basis. For that reason prices do not appear on our website. We promise that you shall always receive the best, most up-to-date prices.

How much do Flash Drives cost?

Prices are based on the capacity of the Flash Drives you order, the amount of Flash Drives you order, and the method and amount of colors your logo imprint will use. Services such as graphic design, pre-loading/auto-run, and customized packaging will incur additional costs. Please contact us or fill out our quick quote form today.

How should I submit my logo for production?

When we print, engrave, or heat stamp our various products, we need vector art files for pre-production purposes. The main reason, is because vector images retains its clarity when scaled up or down.
This includes .eps, .ai, .pdf, .cad, .swf, and others. If you are going to send us an .eps file, make sure that it is actually composed of vector art and not just saved as an .eps from raster art (such as a standard JPEG, bitmap, GIF, PNG or Photoshop file).
Many of our printing methods require a Pantone color to be identified for true colors. For the best results, we highly recommend that you use a Pantone Color Guide to choose the correct/matching color. If you wish, we will choose colors that match your given colors as near as possible.

How do you print my logo onto the drives?

Screen-printing: The most popular customization is screen-printing or pad printing, also called spot-color printing because each color is printed separately. This is perfect if your logo is 1,2,3, or 4 separate colors, without shading or gradient. It is great for plastic drives as the ink actually burns into the plastic, a very permanent imprint that beautifully displays your logo in its true colors.
Full-color Process: On a few drives, we are able to print any image onto the drives with photographic image quality. We can do this on any drive with a flat, white surface.
Laser Engraving: On USBs with metal finish, we can laser etch your logo, where your logo is actually laser-carved into the metal, making a lasting impression with a more subtle presentation. We have a team of sharks with firkin laser beams on their heads, they do great work when they are not too hungry.
Embossing: On USBs with a soft material such as faux leather or silicone, we can emboss your logo, where your logo is stamped into the leather.

Do you offer any warranty?

All of our USB flash drive are QA checked before they are shipped to you but in the event of any failure we do offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all our products.

Payment

50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery. Invoice will send to you after your confirmation.
Gift-10.com accept wire/money transfers. Orders will not be placed into production until payment is received in full or deposit is received. After payment, please email the bank slip to us.

Cancellations, Changes, Returns

Once your drives have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the graphics and cannot be canceled or refunded once they are in production.
Please make sure that you examine and proofread all the documents you submit to us before placing your order. No returns or refunds are offered on customized merchandise.

Packing and Transport

Goods will be packed securely before dispatch. Gift-10.com is not liable for any delay, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our premises. Claims for damage while in transit should be made upon the carriers delivering the goods immediately on receipt. The Buyer must notify Gift-10.com of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers should be aware that carriers cannot always guarantee delivery by a certain time. The date of delivery specified by Gift-10.com is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract. Gift-10.com will not be liable for any consequences of late delivery howsoever caused.
